Shipping Policy
At Onda Moda, every piece is a work of art. That’s why our purchase policies are designed to ensure your experience is as exquisite as the products we offer.
1. Availability and Prices
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors, even after your order has been received. In the event of an error, we will contact you to confirm the correction or cancel your order at no charge.
2. Orders and Confirmation
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. This email does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs only when we send the shipping confirmation email.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, OXXO, Spei, and bank transfer. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Onda Moda does not store or have access to full card details.
4. Shipping
We ship throughout Mexico. Delivery times vary depending on location and the method selected (standard or express). Express shipping is subject to availability and additional costs. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Orders over $20,000 MXN qualify for free shipping.
Items are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Onda Moda is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, customs closures, or errors in the address provided by the customer.
5. Delivery and Receipt
Upon receiving your order, check the package condition before signing. If the packaging shows visible damage, note it with the delivery person and contact us immediately. Claims for damages not reported at the time of delivery will not be accepted.
6. Exchanges and Returns
At Onda Moda, every piece is unique. We accept exchanges or returns within 14 business days of receipt, provided that:

The item is in its original condition: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

The original proof of purchase is included.

The return is made through our scheduled collection service (returns to physical stores are not accepted, as we do not have them).
Exchanges for size or color within Mexico are free. Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects incur a collection fee of $350 MXN. Promotional items, limited editions, or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
Once the item is received and verified, we process the refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Defective Products
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact privacy@ondamoda.com immediately with photos and details. We will either replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.
8. International Orders
Currently, Onda Moda operates only within Mexico. We do not ship internationally.
9. Reservation of Rights
Onda Moda reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order for security reasons, fraud, technical errors, or non-compliance with this Policy. In case of cancellation, you will be notified and any charges will be fully refunded.
