By making a purchase at Onda Moda, you fully accept the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our site or place orders.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Purchase Policy, and Accessibility Statement. These documents constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Onda Moda.
2. Use of the Site
The website is the exclusive property of Onda Moda and is intended solely for the sale of luxury fashion products. You agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable laws. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any site content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is prohibited.
3. Products and Descriptions
All products displayed on our site are subject to availability. Images, colors, and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly due to differences in screens, lighting, or natural materials. Onda Moda is not responsible for minor discrepancies that do not affect the quality or integrity of the product.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you to offer alternatives or fully refund your payment.
5. Orders
By clicking “Complete Purchase,” you confirm that the information provided (name, address, contact details, payment method) is correct and agree to the terms of this policy. Receiving a confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. Formal acceptance occurs only when we send the shipping confirmation. Onda Moda reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order for security reasons, fraud, technical errors, or non-compliance with these terms.
6. Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, OXXO, Spei, and bank transfer. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Onda Moda does not store or have access to full card details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information. In case of rejection by the issuer, a $250 MXN administrative fee will apply.
7. Shipping
We ship throughout Mexico. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected method (standard or express). Express shipping is subject to availability and additional costs. Orders over $15,000 MXN qualify for free shipping.
Items are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Onda Moda is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, customs closures, incorrect addresses, or recipient absence. Customers are responsible for ensuring the address is correct and accessible.
8. Order Receipt
Upon receiving your order, check the package condition. If there is visible damage, notify the delivery person and contact privacy@ondamoda.com immediately. Claims for damages not reported at the time of delivery will not be accepted.
9. Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns are governed by our Purchase Policy. In summary:

10. Intellectual Property
All website content — including logos, images, text, designs, trademarks, and product names — is the exclusive property of Onda Moda or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Onda Moda will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, loss of profits, service interruptions, or any other harm, even if notified of the possibility of such damages.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising from their use will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico City.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the last revision date. Continued use of the site after such modifications constitutes acceptance.
