This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, processing procedures, and conditions applicable to purchases made on www.ondamoda.com.
 

1. Accepted Payment Methods
 

We currently accept online payments through the following secure payment providers:

  • Stripe (credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Mercado Pago

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future and will be displayed at checkout.

❌ Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances, including cash on delivery, in-person payments, or deposits.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are:

  • Processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant platforms

  • Subject to verification and authorization by the payment provider and issuing bank

Onda Moda does not store, process, or have access to full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

3. Order Verification and Security

For fraud prevention and customer protection, Onda Moda reserves the right to:

  • Request additional verification

  • Temporarily place an order on hold

  • Cancel an order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity

In such cases, any authorized payment will be fully refunded.

4. Payment Authorization and Completion

An order is considered successfully placed only after payment authorization is confirmed and you receive an official order confirmation email.

If payment authorization fails or is reversed by the provider, the order will not be processed.

5. Currency

All prices and payments are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are determined solely by your payment provider or bank.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Onda Moda directly before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Order cancellation

  • Loss of future purchasing privileges

7. Changes to This Policy

Onda Moda reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the updated revision date.
